Retention for installation of 119 kWp solar panels on the roof level of existing warehouse, instead of 80.10 kWp solar panels as approved under Reg. Ref. 22/427.Provision of 2 no. EV chargers at car park.Permission sought for alterations to the existing warehouse including, provision of a new roof access hatch with integrated ladder system; modification of existing window on the northeastern elevation, to allow maintenance access to lower roof level and revision of metal façade cladding on all elevations. Construction of a single-storey, high-ceiling, detached warehouse, along the northwestern boundary of the site. Provision of external signages on the southeastern and northeastern elevations of new proposed warehouse. Provision of designated bicycle parking area to accommodate 42 no. bicycle parking spaces. Provision of 1785 sqm of hardstanding area to the southwestern corner of the site for SuDS soakaway system and all associated site works such as tree removal, landscaping, boundary treatments, drainage infrastructure, bin stores, as necessary to facilitate the development.
