for (a) Further to previous grant of planning permission ref no. 21/595, retention permission is now sought for two storey extension to rear of existing dwelling. (b) Planning permission is sought to change the use of part of existing dwelling, to be used as a base for administration and medical support staff in conjunction with the existing residential care services being provided for persons with disabilities, in existing dwelling houses which are located to the rear of the site. (c) Planning permission is also sought to form a new 1-bedroom apartment at ground floor level in the remainder of the dwelling, erect new entrance gate, provide parking and all associated site works.
