Retention Permission to retain existing temporary works already carried out, consisting of the removal of a timber fence, removal of flagpoles, erection of a mobile site cabin and installation of a localised hardcore surface and Permission to construct a temporary site entrance on the L4040 Road in the same location consisting of the removal of existing Heras fencing, laying of a new temporary tarmacadam surface locally, and erection of new temporary site hoarding and entrance gate. The combined retained existing works and proposed new works will constitute a temporary entrance to facilitate development previously granted permission under a separate application (Ref. 2460988). The hotel entrance configuration will be reinstated to its original condition upon completion of the permitted hotel development
