for an amendment to previously approved planning permission, ABP-321704-25 (Reg Ref: 2461383), to include four new 4-Bedroom houses to replace four approved 3-bedroom houses, as follows: Approved 3-Bedroom house Type A1, on plots 25 and 26, will be replaced by proposed 4-Bedroom House Type H, Approved 3-Bedroom house Type E1, on plot 10, will be replaced by proposed 4-Bedroom House Type G1, Approved 3-Bedroom house Type E, on plot 11, will be replaced by proposed 4-Bedroom House Type G, No increase in the overall number of houses is proposed as part of this permission.
