The development provides for revisions to the internal ground floor layout (including seating areas) with a reallocation of space to consist of approx. 110.5 sq m café/restaurant use and approx. 95.5 sq m retail use (including all back of house areas, storage and circulation space areas) and all associated works. All other development remains as previously permitted under ABP Ref. 301693-18, Reg. Ref. 19/197, Reg. Ref. 20/152, Reg. Ref. 20/204, Reg. Ref. 20/357 and Reg. Ref. 21/167
