Development Description
Permission for development which consists of: We, Cairn Homes Properties Limited, intend to apply for permission for development of an amendment to the permitted Large Scale Residential (LRD) scheme (Planning Authority Ref 2460270 / An Coimisiún Pleanála Ref 321970), and as amended by PL Ref 2560285, located to the west of Ballymoneen Road (L5024) in the townlands of Keeraun (An Caorán) and Ballynahown East (Baile na hAbhann Thoir), Galway. The proposed amendment the subject of this application is located in the southern portion of the site, in the townland of Ballynahown East (Baile na hAbhann Thoir). The development will consist of; 1. An amendment to the permitted finished floor levels for 89 no. residential units and ancillary facilities which were previously permitted under PL Ref 2460270 / ACP Ref 321970, and as amended by PL Ref 2560285 including; a. 45 no. houses b. 44 no. apartments and a creche facility located within the apartment block to the south of the site. 2. Modification to the boundary treatments and ramp access along the southern boundary of the subject site, and all associated site development works. The footprint of the permitted units remains the same as what was permitted under Pl Ref 2460270 / ACP Ref 321970
