Partial change of use of the ground floor from residential to veterinary. Amend condition no. 3 of the planning reference 21-135 as follows: to amend hours of operation to 9-6 pm Monday to Friday and 9-2 pm Saturday and allow out of hours emergency calls. Vary condition no. 3 of the planning reference 21-135 to amend the number of staff working within the veterinary practice.
