Amend condition no. 3 of the planning reference 21-135 as follows: to amend hours of operation to 9-6 pm Monday to Friday and 9-2 pm Saturday and allow out of hours emergency calls. Vary condition no. 3 of the planning reference 21-135 to amend the number of staff working within the veterinary practice. Floor area and elevational changes to the domestic shed to the rear of the building and retention permission for associated PV/Solar panels in this two storey with converted attic over lower ground floor level detached house/clinic
