4. The following requirements of the Transport Division shall be complied with; a) Prior to occupation of the proposed development, the Applicant shall submit to the satisfaction of the Transportation Planning Division a detailed drawing showing the location of the bicycle parking spaces intended to serve the residential unit, including details of the security arrangements and how the bicycle parking spaces will be separated and secured from other users on the site, particularly the office use. The Applicant shall also provide documentation demonstrating sufficient legal control and access rights for future residential occupants to the bicycle parking spaces.
