The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Division: b.Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: i.A revised drawing of vehicular gateway, widened to a maximum of 3m. ii. A specification for an evidence-based lime mortar mix and pointing finish for the reconstructed gate pier. iii. Detailed drawings of the proposed pedestrian entrance. Elevation and section drawings shall be provided 1:20 with details provided at 1.5. Ironwork shall replicate the profiles of historic railings.
