Development Description

Talbot Building and Civil Engineering Limited t/a Talbot Plant Hire intend to apply for permission for development at this site to the rear of Unit B2 Dartmouth House, Kylemore Road, Inchicore, Dublin 10, Co. Dublin. The proposed development will consist of change of use an existing building and yard to use as a waste facility. The applicant, Talbot Building and Civil Engineering Limited t/a Talbot Plant Hire, seeks to establish waste and aggregate bays for the temporary storage of up to 7,000 tonnes (per annum) of soil & stone (LoW Code: 17 05 04) and 2,000 tonnes (per annum) of construction and demolition (LoW Code: 17 01 07) waste. Pre-screening will be carried out on all waste accepted into the premises. The proposed development will consist of: -Waste pre-screening area -Storage of segregated wastes -Plant storage area -Vehicle parking space for five (5) cars -Installation of silt trap to connect into the surface water drainage system A certificate of registration will be also applied for to Dublin City Council to carry this waste activity.
