Development Description
2. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section: b) The Applicant shall bring to the attention of the CO any previously undiscovered historic fabric that comes to light during the works and to seek the written authorisation of the Conservation Officer for any deviation from the methodology, materials and process described in the documentation submitted. When scaffolding has been erected, the Applicant shall facilitate an inspection by the CO of all areas where repairs and works are required and proposed, and where cleaning samples have been executed and presented for approval. Samples of stone repairs, mortar repairs, re-rendering repairs and other samples of materials and site exemplars of site workmanship shall be submitted for the written approval of the CO. d) The Applicant is requested to submit the following items for the written agreement of the Planning Authority in advance of the fabrication of the respective items: ii) Works to the decorative urns: confirm whether the urns will remain in situ during the wall repairs, and if so, to submit a method statement for their protection
