Development Description
EXPP: A formal declaration is sought under Section 5 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) to determine whether the demolition of an existing front porch and two existing single-storey rear extensions, together with the construction of a new single-storey. flat-roofed extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house, constitutes exempted development. The proposed works are designed to strictly comply with the conditions, limitations, and criteria outlined in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class 1 and Class 50 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended).
