(1) DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STOREY AND A HALF HOUSE, EXISTING GARAGE AND TURF SHED TO THE REAR OF THE SITE, (2) DECOMMISSIONING AND REMOVAL OF EXISTING SEPTIC TANK TO THE SOUTH OF THE EXISTING HOUSE, (3) CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW REPLACEMENT DWELLING, PART SINGLE STOREY, PART TWO STOREY, ACCESSED USING THE EXISTING ENTRANCE OFF LOCAL RD. L-1173-1, (4) CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW GARAGE AND WORKSHOP, (5) PROVISION OF A NEW EFFLUENT TREATMENT SYSTEM/PERCOLATION AREA TO THE SOUTH OF THE PROPOSED HOUSE AND (6) CONNECTION TO EXISTING SURFACE WATER DRAIN INCLUDING PIPING EXISTING DRAIN AT SITE BOUNDARY LINE AND ALL ASSOCIATED SITE WORKS RELATING TO THE ITEMS ABOVE INCLUDING DEFINED BOUNDARY TREATMENT
