Retention permission for the change of use of the site from light industrial/commercial yard use to 'commercial lesiure and wellness' use; comprising (I) 5 no. sauna units; (II) Reception and changing room facilities including male and female changing rooms, showers, lockers and WC facilities; (III) 4 no. plunge pools including raised plunge pool area with associated steps; (IV) External shower facilities, (V) Cafe and yoga studio; (VI) Ancillary staff, storage and plant room facilities; (VII) Covered outdoor seating area with lightweight canopy structure; (VIII) Covered wood store and calor gas tank enlosure; (IX) Exterior signage, (X) Provision of vehicular and pedestrian access from Victoria Road and pedestrian access from Albert Road; and (XI) All associated site development works necessary to facilitate the development.
