Development Description
Permission for alterations to the Large-Scale Residential Development (LRD) permitted by Cork City Council Planning Reference 24/42632 at Castletreasure, Moneygurney and Maryborough (townlands), Douglas, Cork. The proposed alterations will consist of the replacement of 4 no. permitted 2-3 storey apartment/duplex buildings which accommodated 32 no. duplex/apartment units, 16 no. 2 bedroom units and 14 no. 1 bedroom units) with 2 no. 4 storey apartment buildings which will provide 54 no. 2 bedroom apartment units with ancillary bicycle parking bin storage facilities. The proposed alteratiosn also include the realignment of the estate road serving the proposed apartment buildings in addition to revised landscaping and car parking areas.
