Development Description
Permission for the demolition of existing single-storey rear porch (c.1.5m2), construction of an enlarged timber clad dormer extension ( revised from that previously permitted under Reg. Ref. 25/5697) at first floor level to the rear, including provision of a 900mm deep recessed balcony and a new external stair from balcony to rear garden; installation of new roof-lights to the rear slope; replacement of existing windows and front door with timber sash windows and hardwood door to the front (street facing) elevation; aluminium clad windows/doors to rear elevation; energy retrofit of the existing dwelling including internal insulation; conversion of two ground floor rear windows to doors; and all associated site works and internal reconfiguration including landscaping, drainage and services.
