Permission for a proposed development which constitutes an amendment to existing planning permission ref no 21/40196 and ABP ref 314310-22. Permission was granted by Cork City Council for 196 Units over two blocks. on appeal An Bord Pleanála upheld the decision to grant permission with conditions resulting in 190 units. planning permission is being sought for the reduction in the number of 3 and 2 bed units resulting in permission for the construction of a new lift and stair core and the construction of 6 no. additional units overall. 13 no. units are affected in total allowing for the previous number of units (196) to be reinstated. planning permission is being sought for the changes herein as well as resultant minor revisions to window openings and balcony locations as reflected in the drawings as well as all associated site development works.
