for the construction of an Advanced Aerial Mobility Research Lab with a new hard surfaced hangar apron and taxiway to existing taxiway. The works include connection to N19 for site access via currently approved Planning ref 23-96, the provision of 48No. carparking spaces which include accessible spaces, EV charging areas, set-down area, secure bicycle parking spaces, louvred plant/refuse store, photovoltaic array, reconfiguration of airside/landside boundaries, building signage and a single storey substation/switchroom with all ancillary landscaping and associated site works & services including rising main with installation of a new pumping station to facilitate connection to existing airport infrastructure.
