At ground floor level; the re-configuration allows for the reduction in size of the Existing Male Changing Room, and provision of public Male and Female Toilets and Disable toilets and provision of a 5 Peron lift located in the main foyer next to the main stairs which will give vertical access throughout the building. At first floor there is a pressing need to increase the size and functionality of the existing kitchen to serve greater food demand. In doing this, toilets have been relocated as one would enter the Restaurant to the right hand side next to the Kitchen and the Restaurant is being generally refurbished.
