Development Description
the refurbishment of the existing single-storey detached dwelling, including internal alterations and revised fenestration, removal of the existing roof, and construction of a new first-floor pitched roof to create a 1½ storey Dormer dwelling with front and rear dormer windows. The development also includes the construction of new single-storey extensions with pitched-roofs to the side and rear, with projecting bay elements to the front elevation, a projecting pitched and flat roof overhang to the rear (Southwest) of the Living Area for a BBQ/outdoor seating area and the construction of an attached garage with a pitched roof to the western side of the existing dwelling. Ancillary works include upgrading of the existing vehicular entrance and front boundary treatment from the R154, decommissioning of the existing septic tank and the provision of new waste water treatment plant & associated percolation area together with all ancillary site works
