of; 1. built amendments to the Nursing Home building under granted pl.ref.55552. Namely ; building footprint & layout amendments with middle annex omitted , conservatory added and with an external covered area built in and associated external window & door changes. No additional overall area from parent planning pl.ref.55552. 2. Retention permission of two shed outbuildings located to the rear of the nursing home currently used as office, laundry and storage spaces. 3. Retention of two portacabins, located one to the side and one to the rear of the nursing home currently used as office, laundry and storage spaces also. 4. Amended position of the main road access & car parking positions from Pl.ref.55552 also. 5. Permission is to include a change of use permission of a shed to a Pet Crematorium facility and associated services and installations of equipment
