Two storey, two bed house of approximately 100sq.m with single storey elements in the side garden. The new house will have materials and overall design to match the existing house and as per the approved reg ref SD08A/0659 with a single storey bathroom to the side and partial single storey kitchen to the rear with two new rooflights in the flat section of the rear roof. To relocate the existing driveway and crossover as close as possible to the existing tree & relocating the existing sluice valves outside number 2 Saint John's Drive and to turn the existing driveway into a pedestrian access to the proposed house 2A Saint John's Drive. To provide a new vehicular access and crossover to the rear of the property onto Park View Lawns. To connect the proposed new foul and surface water drainage to the existing foul and surface water drains and all ancillary site works.
