Construction of 19 no. 4 bedroom houses, 12 no. 3 bedroom houses and 4 no. 2 bedroom houses. This phase will include all roadways, footpaths, and landscaping, boundary treatment, car parking, lighting and all associated site works.

Demolition of 1 no. existing single storey dwelling and 2no. existing outhouses/sheds and construction of 9 no. 5 bedroom houses, 28 no. 4 bedroom houses, 20 no. 3 bedroom houses, and 4 no. 2 bedroom houses. This phase will include all roadways, entrances, footpaths and landscaping, boundary treatment, car parking, lighting and all associated site works. *It is noted that the creche within this development under planning reference number RA171239 is NOT included in this commencement notice and a commencement notice will be lodged for the Creche at a future date.
