ESB sub-stations, bike stores, bin stores, plant rooms, public lighting & foul and surface water drainage; demolition of an existing single storey structure of c. 10.7sq.m on the eastern boundary of the site; internal roads & footpaths; surface car parking and EV charging; site landscaping including children’s play area, wetlands/SUDs features, and boundary treatments. The full reduced earthworks dig, primary below ground drainage infrastructure, attenuation tanks and ESB Substation for the overall site area, i.e. for both phase 1A and phase 1B, will be completed in Phase 1A.
