The origninal appication was for 40 SQM's however only 20 SQM's was granted therefore the single-storey flat roof extension will be for 20 SQM's at the rear of the property only. The front extension was not granted. Attic conversion for storage with dormer windows to the front and rear and new gable window will be completed at a later date.
