Crumlin Shopping Centre Redevelopment – The construction of a new shopping centre and associated works. The construction will be broken into 3 phases. Phase 1 – Construction of the main Dunnes unit finished to shell and core standard to allow the fit-out of the unit to take place (under a separate FSC application and Commencement Notice). Phase 2 – Construction and completion of 6 no. retail units to shell and core standard along with the completion of the mall and public toilets. Phase 3 – Demolition of the existing Dunnes unit and construction of a new food hall to shell and core standard. The phasing plan, including phasing drawings, can be viewed in the Supporting Documents section (under AI1.1-Phasing Plan and AI1.2-Phasing Drawings) with this 7 Day Commencement Notice. The fit-out of the substation building for M&E services will also be completed. Please note that the existing Dunnes unit will remain open to trade until the beginning of Phase 3.
