Public-safe works description

The proposed works consist of the construction of 27 residential units contained within 5 no. blocks – (i) Block A: comprising of a 4-no. unit terrace of residential dwellings, (ii) Block B-C: comprising of a 5-no. unit terrace block of residential dwellings (iii) Block B-F: comprising of a 2-no. unit semi-detached block of residential dwellings, (iv) Block C-B-C: comprising of a 8-no. unit terrace block of residential dwellings (v) Block E: Comprising of a 8-no. unit apartment block as well as 1no. combined bin & bike store structure, and all associated site and ancillary works, which form part of an overall residential development at Shronedarragh, Barraduff, Co. Kerry. This includes the provision of 50no. car parking spaces, pedestrian, and alterations to existing vehicular site entrances to the south (located off an existing development internal road network), pedestrian crossings, development signage, public lighting, boundary treatments, landscaping, public open spaces, and all ancillary site development works at Shronedarragh, Barraduff, Co. Kerry.
