permission to erect 37 no. two storey dwelling houses which also involves works to a protected structure (NIAH register no. 15701201), which will consist of the following; a) 9 no. 4 bed detached dwellings, b) 12 no. 4 bed semi-detached dwellings, c) 16 no. 3 bed semi-detached units, d) part demolition, renovation and extension of the existing two-storey protected structure to include it's conversion into 3 no. 4 bed dwelling houses with associated landscaping works, e) access to the scheme from existing house scheme roadway, f) connection to the public services and attenuation systems, g) ancillary works, landscaping and boundary treatments.
