A residential development of 86 Houses (26 no. 4-bed 2½ storey semi-detached, 18 no. 3-bed 2-storey semi-detached, 26 no. 4-bed 2-storey terraced and 16 no. 3 bed 2 storey terraced); 147 no. duplex units in 3 storeys (9 no. 1 bed, 41 no. 2-bed, 87 no. 3 bed & 10 no. 4 bed) in 18 no. blocks; 75 no. apartments (6 no. 1 bed, 65 no. 2 bed & 4 no. 3 bed) in 2 no. 3/4 storey blocks with associated basement/surface carparking and site & development works and a 2 storey crèche (580 sq. m.) with outdoor play area. The proposal also includes the construction of the Devoy Link Road in accordance with Development Plan Objectives. All on a 9.17 ha site north of Naas Southern Ring Road and west of the proposed Devoy Link Road, Jigginstown, Naas West, Co. Kildare. Vehicular access will be from two points on the proposed Devoy Link Road. This commencement notice relates to the construction of Phase 1. Phase 1 comprises of 82 no. units (55 no. 4 bed houses and 27 no. 3 bed houses) and associated access roads, landscaping and open space.
