1. The redesign of the originally proposed 5 no. dwelling houses on original site no's 60-65 inclusive. 2. The redesign of the originally proposed 7 no. detached & semi detached type dwelling houses together with 2 no. duplex apartment buildings on original site no's 66-88 inclusive where it is now proposed to construct 19 no. dwelling houses in their place consisting of 2 no . four bedroomed two storey semi-detached type dwelling houses, 9 no three bedroom two storey terraced type dwelling houses of which there are three blocks fo three dwelling houses, 4 no. three bedroom two storey terraced type dwelling houses, 2 no. three bedroom storey end of terrace type dwelling houses with 2 no. four bedroom two storey terraced type dwelling houses all of which are contained in one block. The redesign of the originally proposed 6 no. two storey semi detached type dwelling houses on original site no's 85-90 inclusive, whereby it is now proposed to construct 8 no. dwelling houses in their place consisting of the following 6.no. three bedroom two storey terraced type dwelling houses of which there are two blocks of three dwelling houses, 2 no. four bedroom two storey semi-detached type dwelling houses (Total 32 units) Proposed alterations to internal access road servicing the above mentioned dwelling houses and all ancillary works at The Orchard, Blyry Lower, Athlone, Co Westmeath.
