Block A D Retail is an eight-storey residential and retail unit development consisting of covered car park, plus seven floors containing a total of 115 apartments. The building comprises two residential apartment blocks and a retail unit rising from level 00. At level 00, a car park, retail unit access, ESB rooms and sprinkler room are provided along with ancillary accommodation such as plant rooms and associated storage and meter facilities serving the residential and non-residential uses. Also at level 00 is a dedicated loading bay for use by the retail unit. The carpark is provided with independent access for both the residential Block A & D and the Retail Unit, with no direct communication between both areas. Block A & D is accessed at floor level 01 as the main entrances for occupants with access also available at level 00, through car parking area and protected lobby/corridor.
