Block E & F shall be a six/seven-storey (respectively) residential development. Block E shall consist of ground plus five floors containing 100 number of apartments, Block F shall consist of ground plus six floors containing 129 number apartments, both blocks are connected on ground floor via a carpark space covered by an accessible podium at Level 01. Additionally, there will be a number of retail units provided at ground floor for future amenity to the development as well as plant rooms for housing necessary building services equipment. The building shall contain 4no. Stair cores spread over 2 residential blocks. Block E (Stair core E1 & E2) shall be located to the West of the block benefits from 2no. stair cores, with Block F (Stair core F1 & F2) located to the East of the block benefits from 2no. stair cores and all ancillary site works at Seven Mills Residential Development, in Clonburris, Dublin 22.
