There are 4 no. semi- detached units (BS03 & BS05), 1 no. detached unit (BD02) and 30 no. terraced dwellings. The dwellings range from 2 storeys to 3 storeys and consist of 2-bed, 3-bed & 4-bed. The end terraced dwellings in some units have a different no. of bedrooms compared to the mid- terraced dwellings. Therefore, they have been separated into distinct buildings for the purpose of this Commencement Notice.
