It is a proposed to construct a new building containing residential accommodation and creche at Scholarstown known as Block C2, Knocklyon, Dublin 16. The project involves the construction of a six storey building consisting of residential accommodation at all levels along with a Creche which is accessed separately from other parts of the building and occupies approximately one half the ground floor. The residential accommodation is served by a single stair which discharges directly to the outside on ground floor level. The residential accommodation will consist of six private apartments at ground level and twelve private apartments from first floor to fourth floor respectively. The fifth floor will consist of six private apartments. This gives a total of 60 apartments. Block C2 is located separate and detached from other blocks forming part of the same development. The Creche will not communicate with the rest of the building and will have a separate tenancy.
