Demolition of shed and single storey-extension to rear; Partial demolition and reconstruction of converted garage to side of house with single-storey extension to rear (additional 3.2 Sq.m) and recessed entrance porch to the front (South) elevation; Widening of existing two-storey extension to rear to align with width of original house including associated demolition works (additional 19.6 Sq.m); extension of the existing pitched roof to replace existing flat roof over two-storey extension to rear; Alterations to elevations including the installation of an external insulated render system with decorative brick cladding to front (South) Elevation, relocation of the existing hall door and alterations to some window opes; Demolition of chimney stacks to rear; Provision of rooflights, solar PV panels and covered bicycle storage; Widening of the vehicular entrance gateway to 3.5m; and all associated site works.
