This 7-Day Notice relates to the proposed development at Cross Avenue, Blackrock, comprising of the construction of a Build-to-Rent Apartment Development consisting of 3no. blocks ranging in height up to nine storeys, with one level of basement. 241no. apartments are proposed, comprising 18no. studios, 120no. one-beds, 99no. two-beds and 4no. three-beds. All residential units are provided with associated private balconies and terraces to the north, south, east and west elevations. The development will also include resident support facilities and resident services and amenities, inter alia, lobby and café, concierge, management, co-working area, meeting areas, multipurpose areas, relaxation and sitting area, fitness area, and residents lounge and private dining. Provision of 71no. car parking spaces in the basement and one set down area at surface level; 479no. bicycle parking spaces; and 10no. motorcycle spaces. Vehicular, pedestrian and cyclist access is directly from Cross Avenue. The intention is to complete the works in the entirety, but phased completion may be required on a “per block” basis. This notice follows on from the works completed by the basement / concrete contractor under previously submitted Commencement Notice CN0097881DR, and includes all remaining works to the partially completed basement and ground floor / podium level structures.
