Works include the reactivation of a former junction to Joyces Rd to the east of the site to allow for fire tender access/egress and fire personal access locations to the west of the site via the Tuam Rd. Works also include the reconfiguration of the existing building services, minor alterations to existing elevations and roofs, with connection to storm water and waster water systems, roof level and external plant areas, building signage and site wayfinding, pedestrian circulation routes, bicycle parking, landscaping and all associated site development works.
