7-storey apartment block (DCC5) of the Donore Residential

Proposed construction of 7-storey apartment block (DCC5) of the Donore Residential Project. The full Donore development also consists of Building DCC6 (ref Commencement Notice 8529306/CN0122677DC) and Buildings DCC3 and DCC1 which will be subject to their won Commencement Notices in due course. DCC5 is made up of 2 cores containing 7 storeys of residential units and communal roof terraces. All residential units provided with associated private balconies/terraces as shown on supporting drawings. The top floor height of the habitable accommodation is less than 20m. The development contains open plan apartments provided with a sprinkler system and accessed via a ventilated corridor. A communal courtyard will be provided at the first floor podium above the car parking. The ground floor car park is an enclosed naturally ventilated car park with all ancillary accommodation fire separated from the car parking area. A ground floor boxing club and 2 storey creche also forms part of DCC5 which shall be completed to a grey box shell and core standard as part of the proposed works. The fit outs of that same shall be subject to future FSC applications and hence Commencement Notices.
