Consists of four residential blocks over a shared basement. The project involves the construction of a twelve storey building. The building consists of residential accommodation at all upper levels and a number of amenity/ancillary areas at Basement level, Ground level and 7th level including a resident’s lounge, storage areas and substation. The building consists of Block A (A1, A2 & A3), which is mostly residential apartments and amenities linked to Block B (a block of 9 duplex dwellings) via a balcony approach from Stair core 3. Block A1, A2, A3 and B will each be served by a single stair core (Stair 1, 2 and 3 respectively). All ground floor apartments, and Duplex 1 – 6 in Block A, have independent exits leading directly to the external. Duplex 7 – 9 connects to stair core 3 via balcony approach. The proposed building will consist of 148 units from ground floor to 11th floor.
