Public-safe works description
The construction of a new residential building (Block 2, Parkside 5b, Dublin 13), forming a single block on a larger overall site. The building shall consist of three residential cores, referred as 1, 2, and 3, each core is served by a single escape stair connected by a basement car park. Block 2 will provide 173 units consisting of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Amenity spaces will be provided on ground and first floor in Core 3. The basement is single storey and is situated below all cores, the basement will allow for residential car parking, bike storage, bin stores and housing for plant.
